At MotoGP Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of racing history. If your official memorabilia or teamwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, including tags and certificates of authenticity, and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the memorabilia, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
